Cooper’s Crossing Resident Association Fees

Due Annually No Later Than April 1st

The Cooper’s Crossing Resident Association Fees, also known as HOA Fees, are required by ALL CCRA Homeowners as a condition of purchase. The mandatory annual fees are stipulated in an encumbrance registered against the title of each lot sold in Cooper’s Crossing. The purpose of the fees is to help fund community enhancement projects and events as determined by the CCRA.

Annual HOA Fee Costs

If your property backs onto a Park, Greenspace or Pathway your Annual HOA Fee is $75.00 (includes GST)

If your property backs onto another resident’s backyard or anything else other than the above, your Annual HOA Fee is $57.00 (includes GST)

How To Pay Your HOA Fees

HOA Fees are to be paid to Astoria Asset Management Ltd. located at: #202, 150 Edwards Way NW Airdrie, AB T4B 4B9

Mail Payment to Astoria directly. Please ensure you reference that the cheque is for HOA Fees and ensure your property address is noted so your account is credited correctly (NSF Cheques are subject to a $25.00 NSF Charge. Cash is NOT ACCEPTED via mail). 

Drop off your cheque or exact cash amount to Astoria in person, subject to any office access requirements due to the pandemic. Contact Astoria to confirm you are able to access their office publicly. (NSF Cheques are subject to a $25.00 NSF Charge)
