What is the Annual General Meeting (AGM)?
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) presents an excellent opportunity to connect, communicate, and engage with your community in a professional and productive manner. As a member of the Cooper’s Crossing Residents’ Association (CCRA), you have the privilege of participating in the AGM through the voting process.
During this important meeting, the CCRA Board of Directors will provide a summary of the work accomplished since the last AGM, present the CCRA Financials, and vote on new Directors and Plans for the Association. This is an exceptional chance for you to have a say in the future direction of your community.
Who Can Participate?
Only members in good standing (fees are paid to date) of the CCRA can vote at the AGM, However, all Cooper’s Crossing Residents are welcome to attend, learn more about the Community Association and explore how you can involve yourself to improve our community.
When is the Next AGM?
Meeting dates, agenda and documentation will be announced near the date of the AGM. Notifications will be posted through signage around the community, as well on the Coopers Crossing Resident’s Association website and social media.
